There is no book, but there is a heart

by Maharaji

There is no guideline, but there is a feeling. And have you honed that skill in your life? It's a skill. It has to be honed. It has to be utilized again and again and again. Musicians have to practice. If they stop playing, they can't get back to it. It takes a little while. you realize that enjoyment and existence, and the enjoyment of existence, is also a skill?

Either use it, or guess what? Lose it.
