Human Development Through Self Knowledge, Annual Report, 2022

Prem Rawat London 28-05-2022 On the 28th May, 2022 Prem Rawat was the keynote and only speaker at an "event" in London that attracted 1,780 attendees. They paid £82,233 or an average £45 each, there may have been seats that were more expensive. The cost of this one speech event was £133,355 and donations totalled £31,715 and WOPG threw in another £28,566. This seems to be an outrageous cost for a flight from California and an overnight stay in London. According to the annual report, this was the only significant activity the HDSK had in 2022, it receive grants from WOPG totalling £81,750. The report gave some details of it's "charitable" activities.

In recent times sales of the Keys have declined significantly - largely as a result of the continuing and growing success of the Peace Education and Peace Education and Knowledge ('PEAK') programmes, promoted by WOPG.

Key 6 is presented at an in-person event where the practical steps for experiencing self- knowledge, based on Prem Rawat's message, are taught. Normally these Key 6 events are held regularly for people who have completed the Keys process; a similar in-person event is made available for those who have completed the PEAK learning programme, who wish to learn these practical steps.

Naturally, as this is a Prem Rawat organisation, numbers of the Keys USBs sold are not given (but they are in the financial statements, down from 50+ -> 20-) nor are those of people who complete the PEAK Learning Programme because these numbers are so small and cannot be inflated using statistics from India where hundreds of millions of Indians have gurus so that even Prem Rawat can look successful if you know noting about gurus in India. His major claim to fame in India is that he is the youngest brother of Satpal Maharaj, Number 18 in the List of the 20 Most Famous Gurus in India.

Human Development Through Self-Knowledge (HDSK) Financials

There has been a considerable increase in revenues over the last 2 years which may continue as the majority of Prem Rawat's English "students" die of old age and bequeath Rawat himself and HDSK their life savings in their wills. Of the £2,866,880 gross income £1,900,000 has been legacy donations bequeathed by the dead while the barely living "students'" donations average around £100,000 over the past 5 years. The org staggers on bankrolled by grants from WOPG. The "Keys" sales have been dropping from 50 copies per year to less than 20 @ £12 each. This is probably because fewer of the long-term "students are buying them.
