Songs of Praise and Worship Inspired by Prem Rawat: Holi Holi Holi
https://youtu.be/AFM0u0EqekAIn this Youtube video filmed at the 1980 Holi festival Prem Rawat is shown doing the things he loves most. Fooling around with machinery while being sucked up to by his cronies and inner-circle minions who keep the adoring premie polloi at a distance. Prem Rawat is preparing for the holy Holi ritual in which He sprays premies with a giant water pistol.
For the first 20 years of his career Prem Rawat (Maharaji) was known as the Lord of the Universe or its Hindi equivalent, Guru Maharaj Ji and known as the Lord or our Lord for short. This song is timeless and is still on high rotation in Prem Rawat's Greatest Hits. Prem Rawat's Holi Festival was a time for Prem Rawat to soak his followers in great gushes of coloured water that was a metaphor for covering them with His Grace and the water in which he had washed His Lotus Feet and other of His bodily fluids.
Holi Holi Holi
Holi, Holi, Holi time
Chance to let our love light shine
Lord of all the Universe
Is coming out to play
We are the lovers of the Living Lord
And we've come here to adore Him
We just could not wait anymore
Cause our hearts were born for him
Holi, Holi, Holi time
Chance to let our love light shine
Lord of all the Universe
Is coming out to play
He is the father of divine love
And he's come to lift us higher
In his eyes there's a flame of love
In his heart there burns a fire
Holi, Holi, Holi time
Chance to let our love light shine
Lord of all the Universe
Is coming out to play
We will always love him
To the end of forevermore
So let our hearts rejoice in ecstasy
Just to see his divine form
Holi, Holi, Holi time
Chance to let our love light shine
Lord of all the Universe
Is coming out to play
Holi, Holi, Holi time
Chance to let our love light shine
Lord of all the Universe
Is coming out to play
