Elan Vital is authorized to use the copyrighted images, art, text, and other material created by Maharaji, as well as use of his likeness and image.
As far as Elan Vital knows, the techniques of Knowledge taught by Maharaji were never shown by any authorized representative to a person called Mohammed Saib Ajirobatan Dan Ibrahim
Neither Maharaji nor any authorized representative of Maharaji's or Elan Vital have ever met with or communicated with Mohammed Saib Ajirobatan Dan Ibrahim and he has never been given any direction, instructions or information, either directly or indirectly.
Neither Maharaji nor any representative have has ever authorized Mohammed Saib Ajirobatan Dan Ibrahim to disclose the techniques of Knowledge, nor to represent Maharaji or his message in any way.
Elan Vital hereby asks Mohammed Saib Ajirobatan Dan Ibrahim, also known as "The Black Maharaji" to cease and desist using in any way any art, text, and other material created by Maharaji; to similarly cease and desist from the use of any image or likeness of Maharaji; and to cease and desist from representing himself as having any mission or mandate from Maharaji.
