World Approach

The following criteria in creating a world approach for Elan Vital public relations are recommended:

  1. Elan Vital's profile will benefit from being presented with a uniform approach world-wide. This will prevent media from identifying and making use of discrepencies when using electronic media communications to search contemporary data files across any world locations.

  2. The uniform world approach needs to be set against the cultural background of each country to create a straigtforward main stream profile. Thus, a press pack and background informaton on Elan Vital, together with supporting literature and audio visual material, will follow an international standard, but be tailored to each country. Press packs are also useful tools for introductions to lawyers, accountants and any other services or major supplier which may be required from time to time.

  3. Countries can learn to better utilise the resources they already have in terms of people who have Knowledge who have media profile skills.

  4. Where major programmes are to be held, these countries would benefit from working with an experienced local independent press agent/PR company.

  5. The national contact and key personnel in each country would benefit from briefings on the role of public relations and how they themselves can help to improve and safeguard Elan Vital's profile in their country.

  6. Elan Vital press spokespersons located in the different key cities in each country would also provide a useful resource.

  7. Though a uniform international profile will not be used in a proactive way at this time, establishing the identity and role of Elan Vital in this way, and having people with Knowledge able to present it properly, will 'set the house in order' and allow it to stand up fairly and squarely to public scrutiny.

  2. Once etsablished, the above recommendations will, in the long term, allow choice and flexibility for Maharaji regarding personal profile direction.
