Dear Julianne,

Unfortunately we have discovered since the brochure was finalised and forwarded by you earlier this week, that on one of the dates for a Preparing for Knowledge event, the venue is unavailable. Therefore I am sending an adjusted draft and would like your help with finishing it off for us please. It also means that now all of the preparing events fall in July. Could the title on the front of the brochure therefore read June-July 2000 and not just June 2000??

Also, for some time now we have felt that these brochures are partially wasted, in that the first event (the intro event) that is advertised in the first panel, is the event at which the brochure is introduced and becomes available on the information table. Therefore this panel does not serve a real purpose, as the event is already over (we generally only have one intro per month), and so the following two columns are the only part that is useful to someone who takes the brochure. Therefore could the brochure be set out in a different sequence - the first panel listing the learning more event/s, the middle panel listing the preparing for K events, and the third panel listing the next intro event? For this particular brochure, it would be great to do it this way as the next intro event will be the satellite broadcast in mid-July. I know it is late in the day to be requesting or suggesting a change such as this, when particular national standard templates are already in place. However, if it were possible to do the brochure like this, we would appreciate it. If it is not a suitable time to be pursuing this, then could we please have the adjusted brochure in the current format, with the changes to the preparing events as shown in the draft please?

Many thanks!

I can delay copying the brochure until Saturday morning if you need more time. Please don't feel obliged to rush with it.

Kind regards,

A.
