attendance; (guests, following up guests and aspirants etc.)

Maintain and make efficient use of address list; phone tree, email list and appropriate announcements to inform and distribute all relevant information to all who express wish to "keep in touch"
Invite to planning and update meetings; distribute information that represents the outcomes from these meetings
Observation of changes in statistics e.g. when special events have been scheduled; instructor visits
Observation of quality of meetings; outcomes achieved/effectiveness of meetings; numbers of attendees;
Observation of attendance at events and other participation

Satellite Broadcasts
To participate in as many satellite broadcasts as can be resourced and received by the local region:
some events to be held at Amaroo, others to be received as delayed broadcast tapes for local viewing; monitor future proposals regarding home satellite dishes
Inform people of all broadcast event details and pertinent information as soon as it comes available;
Keep people updated on changes occurring as satellite broadcasts become established and adjusted as proposals evolve into reality
Continually monitor and evaluate the local ability to maintain adequate support for satellite broadcasts
Ongoing review at the regular monthly meetings;
Fully review after twelve months
Financial resources for
(1) local events
(2) screening fees
(3) satellite broadcasts
(4) instructor visits
Estimate and set minimal monthly amount needed as basis for all proposed activities to become reality while practising a realistic approach towards achieving these goals
Encourage regular sponsorship;
provide opportunity to contribute at the door to events; conduct special fund raising efforts
Regular reports and graphs from finance persons at planning and update meetings
Monthly evaluation and ongoing scrutiny;
Public Relations
Develop and improve PR skills in all people participating in local events
Arrange and conduct training sessions in PR; encourage people to practise PR skills
Observation of interactions and seek feedback from those involved

Reintroduce PWK's who are out of touch with K through videos
Encourage acquaintances to make contact; draw up a list of the people who could be contacted
