2   Be Surrendered  Satsang given by Guru Maharaj Ji in Munich, Germany on April 10, 1977.
"And it's just like, okay, mind and trips and so on and so forth. You can look at it any way you want; but to me, satsang, service, and meditation are food, you know? To keep me alive, when Guru Maharaj Ji is my life. So, if I leave Guru Maharaj Ji, and I keep on eating, then it's like a corpse trying to eat food: what would be the point? But if my life, if I could stick to my life, then automatically those things will be provided. Because what I'm dealing with here, what I am trying to realize in my life, what I am trying to become one in my life with, is a far more superior person, and is far more superiority there; that omnipotent, omnipresent; and omniscient"

9   An Incredible Grace  Guru Maharaj Ji in London, England. April 19, 1977.
"And I just want to say that it is so beautiful to be able to come all together as premies, as the people who have opened themselves to realize, to understand something far greater, far more superior, something so fantastic, some something so beautiful, that the Lord Himself comes, time and time again, on this earth, to reveal.
I mean, something has to be - there has to be something worthwhile, you have to look at it that way, for Lord to come again and again. I mean, Christ came. There had to be a reason. Krishna came. There had to be a reason. Mohammed came. There had to be a reason. Ram came. There had to be a reason."

18   The Wand Of Knowledge  Guru Maharaj Ji's satsang in Denver, 8th July, 1975.
"You're feeling really beautiful inside. You're feeling just love and Grace, because mind is not working, and then slowly this thing starts going on inside of you. You know Guru Maharaj Ji is perfect, He is everything; you know Knowledge is perfect and is everything. You believe it because you know you have experienced it at one time."

20   The Season Of Love  Satsang given by Guru Maharaj Ji in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on May 1, 1977.
"We never ever want that to diminish. We never want that love, that bond, that is established between Guru Maharaj Ji and devotee, to ever, even slightest, take a dip. Never. We want it to stay as tight and as close and as strong as that bond can be."

Prem Rawat's "Knowledge" has three parts: regularly listening to his speeches, doing voluntary work for organisations serving him or donating money and daily meditation correctly practicing the four techniques he recommends. The techniques are so simple it's hard to see how they could be practiced incorrectly. First technique ("Divine Light") involves sticking your thumb and middle finger on your eyeballs (NB: with eyes closed) and your index finger between your eyebrows. Second technique: ("Heavenly Music") poking your thumbs into your ears and listening. Third technique: ("Holy Name") thinking about your breathing (NB: continue to breathe). Fourth technique: ("Nectar") curling your tongue backwards and tasting. Rawat's father taught slightly different techniques but either way it's difficult to see how these could produce the benefits claimed for them especially as Rawat claims His Knowledge is the only method of attaining real happiness and love in this life.
