| 2 Love At The Royal Reprinted from Divine Times "I see we have quite a representation here from the United States and outside," Guru Maharaj Ji said as he began presiding at the fourth coordinators conference in the U.S. in as many months. This one brought more than 150 coordinators together from more than 20 countries. It took place at the exclusive Royal Biscayne Resort and even the coordinators in attendance did not know where it would be held when they boarded buses that morning in front of the Algiers Hotel. |

| 15 At The Feet of the Maestro It seems that playing music for Guru Maharaj Ji is the only event that can keep the members of One Foundation in the same place for as long as a day. On their return to Australia, Ross Hannaford, Joe Creighton and Geoff Bridgford went their various ways in Melbourne, but in Sydney we managed to capture Kim and Lindsay Field for a couple of hours and recorded this interview: |

Prem Rawat's "Knowledge" has three parts: regularly listening to his speeches, doing voluntary work for organisations serving him or donating money and daily meditation correctly practicing the four techniques he recommends. The techniques are so simple it's hard to see how they could be practiced incorrectly. First technique ("Divine Light") involves sticking your thumb and middle finger on your eyeballs (NB: with eyes closed) and your index finger between your eyebrows. Second technique: ("Heavenly Music") poking your thumbs into your ears and listening. Third technique: ("Holy Name") thinking about your breathing (NB: continue to breathe). Fourth technique: ("Nectar") curling your tongue backwards and tasting. Rawat's father taught slightly different techniques but either way it's difficult to see how these could produce the benefits claimed for them especially as Rawat claims His Knowledge is the only method of attaining real happiness and love in this life.
