We are completely convinced that Guru Maharaj Ji holds the hope of the world in his Knowledge, an experience so powerful and attractive that thousands of people around the world are already living in the love and the brotherhood of man that governments halfheartedly promise. The people who have this Knowledge are not only already saved from the depressions, suffering, loneliness and despair that plague modern life |

Guru Maharaj Ji has the power to uproot war and restore peace in the mind of every man. Through four simple meditation techniques he can concentrate the mind on light, music, taste and vibration within the human body, raising consciousness naturally. This is called spiritual Knowledge, a direct, practical experience that can be received from his Mahatmas - great souls. When we have achieved this inner experience of peace we want to reach out to help the rest of humanity. |

2 Good News - Mahatma Rajeshwar …… Flying Visit "Meditation is the only way to liberation and salvation" proclaimed Mahatma Rajeshwar, a close and powerful disciple of Guru Maharaj Ji, at a beautiful program held in Sydney recently. The
Anzac House Auditorium's films and plays were replaced by strong satsang from Mahatma Ji about the importance of the human body, how it was a divine grace through which meditation on the
Light of God could be achieved. |

| 3 Holi Festival
One Mahatma tells us this festival was first held in the time of Lord Vishnu. "Holi was celebrated by Lord Rama, Lord Krishna celebrated it by the banks of the Jamuna River, and now Guru Maharaj Ji has celebrated it by the side of the ocean. Really he is showing us that Rama was Ganges, and Krishna was Jamuna, but Guru Maharaj Ji is the Ocean of Grace." And the premies are deep in that ocean, waving to Guru Maharaj Ji as the speedboat at last carries him and Mata Ji round the curve of the bay. |

"There is a premie called Lindsay in Melbourne. He is somewhere near fifty, I think, isn't he? Sixty. He was a very sick man. He had about seven operations. Every day he used to talk about his operations because this was the only thing he had to talk about. Finally, he had a Knowledge session. He had a stroke, his heart was beating fast. So he knew that if he would take medicine, he would create a furore in the Knowledge session so he just stood there and waited and waited and got Knowledge and finally after the Knowledge session, he was a new person. Now he doesn't take any medicine, he is very fine." |

10 People Who Look For Peace I found at DLM what I had found nowhere else, "the sign by which men shall know you for My disciples, that you have love for one another". Frank Starrs and all his family have since realised following Prem Rawat was a mistake and have rejected his "Knowledge" and himself. |
Prem Rawat's "Knowledge" has three parts: regularly listening to his speeches, doing voluntary work for organisations serving him or donating money and daily meditation correctly practicing the four techniques he recommends. The techniques are so simple it's hard to see how they could be practiced incorrectly. First technique ("Divine Light") involves sticking your thumb and middle finger on your eyeballs (NB: with eyes closed) and your index finger between your eyebrows. Second technique: ("Heavenly Music") poking your thumbs into your ears and listening. Third technique: ("Holy Name") thinking about your breathing (NB: continue to breathe). Fourth technique: ("Nectar") curling your tongue backwards and tasting. Rawat's father taught slightly different techniques but either way it's difficult to see how these could produce the benefits claimed for them especially as Rawat claims His Knowledge is the only method of attaining real happiness and love in this life.
